Dear Friends of Beatrice Caffrey,
We are excited about this fiscal year, our continued service to the community and our goal
in expanding our efforts.
As always, Beatrice Caffrey Youth Service Inc. would greatly appreciate your support and
we anticipate your participation in making life better for those we serve.
I would like to take a moment to update you on a few of the projects your contributions
would help to support and/or fund.
We remain committed to maintaining an environment that allows young people to
experience academic excellence. To that end, we were able to enhance our tutoring and
mentoring for youth and young adults. Our collaborative efforts ensured quality
instruction time and one to one assistance to meet individual scholastic goals.
As we continued to build our services, we also aspirated to increase opportunities in the
arts to our clients. Donations of $150.00 would provide one client instruction for a month
in arts; a donation of $500.00 can support a team of young artist.
Another program that proved to be rewarding is the mentoring project. We initiated this
worthwhile project with great enthusiasm. It is through this project that individuals
received personalized services to invoke life skills, choices and outcomes. Of course your
support will allow us to extend and expand this service. Our goal is to increase the
number of youth we mentor by 10% beginning this fiscal year and continually expanding
until every client has an opportunity to engage in the project. The cost to mentor a youth
is $700.00 per year.
The possibilities are endless. We know you share this vision and want to see growth in
these areas.
